Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer Project Manager to join our Interior Architecture & Design studio in Los Angeles! The LA office works on an exciting portfolio of projects for diverse clients, including workplace, entertainment, healthcare and retail.
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of Interior Design projects from start to finish including client interaction, conceptual design, schematics, design development, construction documentation and construction services. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with clients, leading consultants and the internal team, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation and project closeout.

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in the field of Interior Design
* Experience managing workplace, corporate interiors, or other commercial projects essential
* Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or related field
* Revit skills preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
* Thorough knowledge of building codes
* Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
