About Us:
Tripalink, founded in 2016, is a product-and community-focused residential co-living company with a unique and integrated business model being a property operator and a real estate developer. Tripalink has entered 7 major cities in the US and is managing over 4000 bed-spaces.
This position is required to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
Furniture, Fixtures & Accessories research
Interior concept design development
Prepare material board and specifications
Prepare interior renderings and videos
Prepare presentations for internal and external discussions
Prepare budget and work with suppliers with purchase orders
Measure rooms and items
Coordinate furniture installations
Provide staging assistance and documentation with photos.
Assist the department with setting up, maintaining and organizing product libraries
Coordinate with external consultants for interior design related tasks
Provide direct support to architectural designers for miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
Experience
– Background in interior design or related field
Design knowledge – General knowledge of furniture, material and building finish products
Creativity
– Ability to stay up to date with interior design trends, have ample creativity
Software Knowledge
– Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup
Interpersonal skill
– Know how to communicate in a professional and clear manner with coworkers, suppliers, and clients
Multi-Tasking – Be able to multitask between multiple projects with minimal supervision
